Article 3 — Terms of participation

Participation period: the Raffle runs from 30 June 2026 at 9:00 a.m. until 8 July 2026 at 7:00 p.m. No entry is accepted outside this period.

Platform: participation takes place exclusively via the HelloAsso platform, accessible at soutenir.psg.fr. Each participant may purchase one or more tickets. No banking data passes through this site.

Ticket price: the unit price of a ticket is set at ten euros (€10). Each ticket purchased grants one entry to the draw.

No tax advantage: the purchase of a raffle ticket is the consideration for taking part in an authorised game and does not constitute a donation giving entitlement to a tax receipt within the meaning of articles 200 and 238 bis of the French General Tax Code. No tax receipt will be issued to participants.

Article 4 — Prizes

The Raffle offers the following nine (9) prizes:

The numbering of the prizes implies no order of value or allocation. The stated values are given for guidance only. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Should an event beyond its control occur, the Organiser reserves the right to replace a prize with one of equivalent value and similar characteristics.

Article 5 — Draw and designation of winners

The draw takes place on 8 July 2026 at 7:00 p.m., using a random process that guarantees equal chances for all participants. It designates nine (9) winners, one per prize. The draw is conducted under the supervision of Maîtres Vincent Fradin and Guillaume Latour, judicial commissioners (commissaires de justice) of the ID FACTO firm, who ensure the regularity of the operations.

One prize per winner: any given participant may win only one (1) prize, regardless of the number of tickets purchased.

Each winner is notified by email, at the address provided when entering, within five (5) business days of the draw. They have seven (7) calendar days from the sending of the notification to come forward and confirm their delivery details. Failing a reply within this period, the winner is deemed to have waived their prize and a supplementary draw is held under the same conditions.

Article 6 — Handover of prizes

Prizes are handed over to winners by collection in person or by postal delivery to the confirmed address, in accordance with the terms set out in the notification. Postal delivery costs are borne by the Organiser. Prizes are strictly personal: they may not under any circumstances be assigned, transferred or resold to a third party.

Article 7 — Liability

The Organiser may not be held liable in the event of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code, or of any event beyond its control; it may then cancel, shorten, extend or postpone the Raffle without any claim arising. Its liability ceases upon the effective handover of the prize. It declines all liability for malfunctions of networks, IT systems or the HelloAsso platform, and reserves the right to cancel all or part of the Raffle in the event of proven fraud.

Article 8 — Use of funds

The net proceeds generated by ticket sales are allocated in full to financing the Rouge & Bleu School project at Necker-Enfants malades Hospital, in accordance with the public-interest mission of the Paris Saint-Germain Endowment Fund. Scheduled project opening: early 2027.

Article 9 — Filing and consultation of the rules

These rules are available online on the Site from the opening of the Raffle.
