Privacy policy
The Paris Saint-Germain Endowment Fund is committed to protecting the personal data of participants in the charity raffle, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act.
Data controller
The Paris Saint-Germain Endowment Fund (PSG for Communities), 53 Avenue Émile Zola, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, is the controller of your personal data within the framework of the charity raffle in aid of the Rouge & Bleu School at Necker - Enfants malades Hospital.
Purposes of processing
The personal data collected is processed exclusively to:
- Manage your participation in the raffle (ticket purchase, number allocation, prize draw);
- Communicate with you about the operation (purchase confirmation, draw announcement, delivery of any prizes);
- Comply with our legal and tax obligations (accounting, donation receipts);
- Produce anonymised statistics about the operation for its evaluation and improvement.
Legal basis
Processing is based on:
- Performance of the contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) between you and the Endowment Fund for the management of your participation;
- Compliance with legal obligations (Article 6.1.c GDPR) in tax and accounting matters;
- The legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6.1.f GDPR) for the anonymised statistical evaluation of the operation.
Data collected
- Identity: surname, first name;
- Contact details: email address, postal address (for sending any prize);
- Participation data: number of tickets purchased, amount, date.
No banking data is collected or stored by the Endowment Fund. Payment is handled exclusively by HelloAsso, the official operator for French nonprofits, which has its own privacy policy.
Retention period
Personal data is kept only for the time strictly necessary to manage the operation, then deleted within 12 months of the date of the final draw, except where a longer legal retention obligation applies (in particular tax and accounting: 10 years for supporting documents).
Recipients
Your data is only shared with authorised staff of the Paris Saint-Germain Endowment Fund, with the payment operator HelloAsso, and, where applicable, with legal or tax authorities upon a duly justified request. No data is resold or transferred outside the European Union.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights at any time:
- Right of access to your data;
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data;
- Right to object to processing, within the limits set by law;
- Right to erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal obligations;
- Right to data portability;
- Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).
